Health Screenings

The purpose of the health screening is to provide awareness and motivation to individuals to achieve optimal health. A health questionnaire combined with biometic testing increases the awareness level and provides parameter guidelines to achieve or maintain. The blood tests are affordable and cost saving.

Individual Reports

The screening results are explained by a health educator in a private and confidential one-on-one meeting. The participants 'own their own numbers' and are frequently unaware of them until the screening.

Group Company Reports:

An Executive Summary report is provided to the company (based on participation numbers) to provide an aggregate report to identify number of participants at risk; areas of risk; summary of interest in wellness activities; and a summary with recommendations and interventions.

Follow-up Blood Tests

Chem-20 & lipids - consists of triglycerides, LDL, HDL and total cholesterol, plus other blood chemistries, which include glucose, liver enzymes, kidney function tests, electrolytes, and other enzymes. HIV or drugs are not tested.

PSA - prostate specific antigen - blood test.

With a physicians order - and approved cost by the company - other blood tests, such as: thyroid, hemoglobin A1C, and other tests may be provided.
