Please give each of your clients a copy of our exam instructions. This will insure quality results and satisfied customers. Clients will be given verbal instructions over the phone, but there are many things to remember, so a paper copy would be helpful.

Helpful Tips for the examiners:

1. Instruct your clients to turn on outside lights - to assist in finding their home easier.
2. Have all pets in a separate area from the exam room. This is a safety issue - to prevent pets from jumping onto the examiners while performing tests; this helps reduce any exposure to examiners who may be allergic to the pets; and helps reduce any distractions.
3. Please think of safety. Exams are done early in the morning and late into the evening. The examiners travel many miles throughout the day, so please keep this in mind. If we should have any special information regarding scheduling your client, please give us this during the time you place your order.
